Talc finished product:

Talc powder is made from high quality talc ore, which is processed by the processes of selecting, washing, air drying, crushing and grinding. The product has the characteristics of high whiteness, uniform distribution of particle size, narrow distribution of particle size and oil absorption. Each process is produced in accordance with strict operating specifications and testing standards, and the final product is allowed to be packaged and delivered after passing the test.

Main functions:

(1) fine talc powder: it is used for advanced paint coating, plastic, cable rubber, cosmetics, copper sheet paper coating, textile lubricant, etc.

(2) coating grade (TL) : used for white body pigment, all kinds of water base, oil base, resin industrial coating, paint, water based paint, etc.

(3) cable grade (DL) : used for cable rubber additive and cable isolating agent.

(4) paper-making grade (ZZ) : used for various kinds of paper and board stuffing, wood asphalt control agent.

(5) plastic grade (SL) : used for packing polypropylene, nylon, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polystyrene and polylipids.

(6) rubber grade (AJ) : used as an antiadhesive for rubber stuffing and rubber products.

(7) ceramic grade (TC) : it is used to manufacture electric porcelain, wireless electric porcelain, various industrial ceramics, architectural ceramics, daily ceramics and porcelain glaze, etc.

(8) cosmetic grade (HZP) : used for moisturizing powder, beauty powder, toner, etc.

(9) waterproof material grade (FS) : used for waterproof rolling material, waterproof coating, waterproof ointment, etc.

(10) medicine and food grade: medical tablet, sugar coating, heat rash powder, traditional Chinese medicine prescription, food additive, isolation agent, etc.

Measurement method:

1. Specific surface area: determined by gsl-101bii laser edge analyzer.

2. Average particle size: the middle value of accumulated weight percentage of particle size distribution measured by laser particle size analyzer.

3. 325 mesh residual amount: 1000g/m3 samples were placed in 325 target quasi-sieve filtration by wet method, and the residual ratio was calculated.

4. Specific gravity: put 5g sample in a graduated measuring cylinder of 20cc, and the measured value drops from 5cm height after 100 times.

5. Whiteness: automatic whiteness meter measurement.

6. Oil absorption: jis-k5101 method, add linseed oil titration, and determine the value when it becomes a lump.
